Shipping

At Rodent Farm, we really value the presentation and quality of our product and work hard to be able to ship our product nationwide and maintain quality right to your door. We have minimum weights for different shipping zones to achieve the thermal mass required for optimum shipping.

We pack our boxes with care and take into account not only the quantity of items, but the size of the items being shipped (for example, pinky rats thaw quicker than jumbo rats). We will also hold off on dispatch if there is a heat wave on its way. Our shipping rates include admin, packaging and freight.

We are really proud of our distribution system, however are always looking for feedback of how we can improve further. Let us know how your Rodent Farm order arrived here at our Contact Form.

Delivery Times

We ship within 10 days unless items are special orders or on backorder.

All orders received by Friday are shipped on the following Tuesday, and will be received by that Friday. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched and it should arrive the morning after that email is received. It would great to let us know how your order arrives via our Contact Form.

Pick Up

There is no option for pick up when ordering with us. Rodent Farm breeding facilities are spread along the east coast of NSW and thus, dispatch is from different locations dependant on the product ordered. Our system requires our 10 day shipping timeframe to aggregate product and for bulk dispatch and does not allow for individual one-off pickups.

Refunds

Any claims for product not received in satisfactory condition must be made within 24 hours by phone to 0488 295 866 and follow-up email including photos to rodentfarmdispatch@gmail.com. There are no refunds for change of mind.

Prices

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. Product prices may be subject to change.

Weights

All weights listed are the average weights of our products. Product weights may be subject to change.

Recommendations

Our recommendations are based on years of breeding snakes ourselves and from collating customer feedback. However, you are ultimately responsible for what you feed your animal. Rodent Farm accepts no liability for damages caused by our dietary recommendations.

Privacy

Rodent Farm respects your privacy and the confidentiality and security of personal information provided by you to us. Any information collected about visitors to our website is securely stored in our online database and can only be accessed by authorised Rodent Farm staff. We do not engage third parties to provide you with goods or services on our behalf. We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to our site, and we review and update our security measures in light of current technologies.
